1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3g999 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses the 3g999 website, mobile site, or any associated services. By completing registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on 3g999 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number linked to your preferred mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 3g999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3g999 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will investigate all reports of unauthorised access promptly and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

3g999 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform's cashier page. At the time of these Terms, supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers (including BRAC Bank and City Bank internet banking). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 3g999 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation on the payment provider's network. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of any ambiguity, the specific product rules shall take precedence over these general Terms for the purpose of resolving the specific bet or game outcome in question.

Bets are not valid until they have been accepted and confirmed by the platform. A "Bet Accepted" confirmation message on screen or in your bet history constitutes confirmation. Bets that appear in your history without confirmation status may be voided at the platform's discretion. It is the player's responsibility to verify that bets have been accepted before the commencement of the relevant event.

3g999 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

1. The bet was placed after the relevant event had already commenced (late betting), where real-time data errors caused the market to remain open in error.
2. The odds or game parameters offered were the result of a manifest technical error or pricing mistake.
3. There is credible evidence that the outcome of the event was subject to manipulation, match-fixing, or insider information.
4. The player's account is found to have been used in breach of these Terms at the time the bet was placed.

Casino and slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by recognised independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by 3g999. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers and are subject to the rules displayed within the relevant game interface.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live casino game, the hand or round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy. 3g999 accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply platform-wide unless explicitly overridden by a specific promotion's terms are as follows:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3g999 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance (including deposits and winnings), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method to fund an account.

• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or in any way gain an advantage not available to a manually operating player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multiplayer games (including poker or live dealer games) to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Match-Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any scheme to fix or manipulate the outcome of an event on which 3g999 accepts bets.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3g999 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. 3g999 maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution or payment provider in bad faith — i.e., after receiving the service or benefit for which the payment was made.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at 3g999 staff or other players through any platform channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

3g999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete required verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 3g999 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome within 10 business days. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. Pending withdrawals at the time of suspension will be held until the investigation is resolved.

If an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both deposits and winnings — may be forfeited in full. Where the breach relates to fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering, 3g999 will take all steps available to recover funds already withdrawn in connection with the prohibited conduct.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including responsible gaming grounds — may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. A player who closes their account in good standing (no outstanding Terms violations) will receive any verified balance in their account via withdrawal to their registered payment method before the account is deactivated.
